Really this was his first "drop-off" experience ever since all the classes he's ever taken have been parent interactive. I was a little nervous that he was going to cry or be scared so I kept preparing him for "school" and how much fun it would be. The morning of camp arrived and we walked together to his new school. When we got there his teacher greeted him with her arms opened wide for a big hug and gave him a cheerful hello. Mig went to her immediately. He turned to me and waved and said "bye mommy!" I was so proud of my little guy! I turned and walked home alone and counted down the 3 hours until I got to pick him up.
this is Mig right before we walked into his school
